“JANE DOE” INCREASED HER LAWSUIT FROM $10 MILLION TO $20 MILLION!
The woman suing Usher for allegedly exposing her to herpes has reportedly increased her lawsuit from $10 million to $20 million after testing positive for the STD.
The plaintiff, “Jane Doe,” claims she was devastated when she got the results Saturday. According to her, she got tested immediately after hearing reports Usher admitted he has herpes simplex 2.
Doe was initially seeking $10 million in damages for negligence, emotional distress and battery, accusing the singer of exposing her to herpes without her knowledge when they had sex earlier this year. She is now seeking $20 million for emotional distress and medical bills, plus punitive damages.
Usher is married to manager Grace Miguel since September 2015.
