A Texas man is accused of killing his girlfriend and daughter with a pocket knife claiming God told him to do it.
On Saturday night, Cody Edmund Dixon was captured and arrested. the 34-year-old asserted somebody was pursuing him, attempting to murder him and that God had guided him to slaughter his better half and their youngster.
In an announcement to People, Callahan County Sheriff’s Office says specialists got a call that a farmer had found a lady’s body in a nation street among Baird and Putnam. Ten yards away, the body of an infant was found over a fence.
The bodies were recognized as Dixon’s better half Alia Rae Hutchinson, 22, and their 9-month-old little girl, Aria Ellen Dixon. Specialists trust Aria’s body was tossed over the fence onto the farmer’s property 45 minutes to an hour prior to it was found.
Dixon’s bond was set at $1.8 million.
