Alonzo Taylor Jr. reportedly went to a local movie theater in Wichita, Kansas, with friends to see Avengers when he was stopped and harassed by a manager for not having a belt on.
The manager demanded he pull up his pants but when Alonzo put down his snacks to do so, the manager called a police officer and put the cuffs on him anyway. An officer from the Wichita Police Department reportedly arrested Alonzo, threw away his purchased snacks and told his mother that if she did not set up a court date, there could be possible jail time for her as well.
Police are reviewing surveillance footage of the incident.
