69 CHILD MOLESTATION CASE

Tekashi69 seems to be changing his tune about his future as a free man, and is now criticizing the court system as the reason he’s facing serious jail time.

The rainbow-haired rapper revealed in a video that during his 2015 criminal case for Use of a Child in a Sexual Performance, he did not have the money to pay for a private lawyer.

6ix9ine says he was “scared” and allegedly facing 15 years (his words), and feels he got a bad deal back then because of a public defender.  The hip-hop star believes his current situation is just “Another story of a minority youth being under the court system built for me to fail.”

It’s an interesting rationalization, considering the actual reason he’s facing 1-3 years in state prison for violating the terms of his release was over his additional arrests and run-ins with the law.

As we reported, the D.A. is also requesting that the “FEFE” rapper register as a sex offender.  He’s due for sentencing in October.
