Fans of eight-time Grammy winner Anita Baker are incensed after the legend canceled her show at State Farm Arena Saturday.
In a statement on X/Twitter, the arena said the cancellation happened because of “unforeseen circumstances.”
The arena posted the statement at 6:54 p.m., mere minutes before the performance was set to begin, and almost an hour after doors opened.
According to the arena, refunds will be issued at the point of purchase.
Baker herself has not released a statement.
