A few months ago “Salt Bae” went viral for his expert meat prepping and iconic sprinkle move. The Turkish chef and butcher Nusret Gokce has taken his talents and decided to venture into his own business.
The 35-year-old who went viral for sprinkling salt videos and memes has been hired as a celebrity chef and server. What we did not know is the man known as Salt Bae owns a chain of Turkish steakhouses. There are also locations in Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
The entrepreneur recently opened another location in Miami and now he will be now be expanding to NYC next Monday.
