AFTER 30 YEARS MAN IS DEPORTED!
After living in the U.S. for nearly 30 years, Jorge Garcia, 39, has been deported to Mexico. The father of two said goodbye to his family yesterday morning.
Garcia came to America when he was 10 years old. In November, he found out that he was scheduled to be deported back to Mexico. Garcia’s deportation was paused after Democratic Congresswoman Debbie Dingell made a request for him to spend the holidays with his family.
According to ABC7, Garcia cannot return to the U.S. Many are upset over Trump administration’s immigration. Immigrant advocates claim that it separates families.
