JAY’Z IS SET TO TOUCHDOWN IN ATLANTA NOVEMBER 14TH
Jay’z 4:44 tour is set to be his highest grossing solo tour ever! After only three shows, the tour is making more money than any of Hov’s previous solo tours. This tour is slated to be the biggest tour of Jay’z career.
A recent show he had in Anaheim, California, earned nearly 49 percent more than the same stop in 2013 when Jay’s Oct. 28th stop in Las Vegas broke a city record by selling 1,480 tickets within 24 hours of Jay hitting the stage. Note that those tickets were sold with zero markdown prices. Apparently, by pricing tickets lower, JAY-Z and Live Nation get more revenue and offer little room for ticket re-sellers to bring the prices up on best seats. This technique takes pricing pressure off the upper-level seating sections. Tickets are still available for November 14th at Philips Arena and the 4:44 Tour will continue on until the 21st of December.
