Were all aware of the ongoing lawsuit between Lil Wayne and Birdman but lately other people have been getting dragged into this lawsuit. Pretty soon every rapper alive will be apart of this multi-million dollar lawsuit against Birdman and Cash Money Records, and Tyga is the latest to get caught in the crossfire. According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Lil Wayne wants Birdman and Cash Money to turn over all documents related to when Tyga bought out his contract in 2016. Wayne claims the money Tyga forked over went to Cash Money when it should have gone to Wayne and Young Money, saying “Cash Money has never accounted to [Lil Wayne and Young Money] for its receipt of that money.” Tyga has claimed that he was owed 12 million when he left Cash Money, but told “The Breakfast Club” earlier this year, “I’m in a position to where I just want Wayne to get what he’s owed.” We will keep you posted on the latest developments of this story as they come in.
