{STREETZ MORNING TAKEOVER} Child being choked while in Daycare!

A Child was kicked out of daycare after she was being choked!

Atlanta – A mother (Ty Bates) was so shocked to find out her 4 year old daughter was coming home with bruises on her neck from being at daycare.

Bates was so upset after seeing her child’s neck look red and brutal that she went down to The Legacy Academy For Children looking for answers. The results ended up with her daughter being kicked out of the facility.

Bates says she went down to the school to report the incident and the principle told her “Your daughter is not a good fit for the program anymore, and we do not need those types of problems at our facility.”

The bruises were discovered after her father brought her home from the Legacy Academy. Bates daughter then said “A boy tied yarn around my neck and pulled on it so hard that it left marks.”

The Georgia Department of Early Care and Learning is investigating this situation right now and a letter was sent home informing parents about the children’s incident.
