A Pittsburgh man is confronting charges after police say he made up a bomb danger to attempt to escape paying his bill at Primanti Brothers.
Barry Clapperton is accused of dangers to utilize weapons of mass pulverization, open intoxication, false distinguishing proof to police, terroristic dangers and escape.
Police said they heard Clapperton bring in a bomb danger to Nakama, an eatery a couple of pieces down the road.
Officers on sight and witnesses said it didn’t end there. They charge Clapperton came up short on Primantis, over the road and down nineteenth Street, in the end getting to a point directly before dumpsters, where police stunned him with a daze gun and captured him.
Law officials said Clapperton advised officers his companion prompted him to bring in the bomb risk to make a diversion.
A witness said what truly rankled him was Clapperton got twofold meat on his sandwich, regardless of not having the money for it.
