Suge Knight’s girlfriend was just hit with an indictment for selling crucial surveillance footage. The footage holds evidence of a hit-and-run incident that could define Suge Knight’s murder trial.
Knight’s fiancée, Toilin Kelly, was already issued an indictment by a grand jury on July 28th of this year. Kelly pleads not guilty on a count of conspiracy to obstruct justice, as well as conspiracy to commit grand theft, and conspiracy to violate a court order all from selling the footage. Knight’s partner, Mark Blankenship, will also face the court over these charges.
Recently, Kelly and Blankenship have been accused of attempting to pay witnesses to testify on Knight’s behalf. Kelly and Blankenship allegedly negotiated with TMZ to sell surveillance footage that captures Terry Carter’s death for $55,000.
The evidence has been reported as subject to a protective order forbidding the video’s release to the public.
If convicted Kelly and Blankenship will face up to three years in prison.
