LaLa Anthony finally has some words regarding her current stage of marriage with NBA player, Carmelo Anthony. Reports have been floating around that LaLa hired powerhouse attorney, Laura Wasser, but LaLa has seemed to be more focused on herself and career rather than continuing on with the divorce.
The couple was last seen spending time with their son, Kiyan, on Mother’s Day. LaLa told Extra’s AJ Calloway that the pair explained the situation to their son the best you can to a 10-yaer-old.
LaLa also responded to her Instagram caption “unbreakable” of her looking amazing at the Met Ball even though it had just came out that her husband was allegedly the father of an outside baby. LaLa says, “I wanted people to know that no matter what life throws at you, you got to be strong, you have to be fearless, things are gonna happen, life is amazing and guess what life sucks sometimes too, you have to be unbreakable, especially to have to go and walk that carpet alone, that’s not the easiest thing in the world.”
Despite the relationship drama nothing is stopping LaLa from remaining focused in her professional life… she just finished a movie, “Emergency Furlough”, her hit show “Power”, producing her own show “Goal Diggers”, and turning her first book, “The Love Playbook”, is becoming a movie with the help of Queen Latifah.
