COULD THIS BE A TURNING POINT IN COSBY’S CASE?
An update in Bill Cosby’s case against Andrea Constand, is that Cosby’s lawyers are making his age and health a factor in trial. They are arguing that his age and health is not in good standing and it wouldn’t be fair for him to take the stand in court. They are also stating the Cosby is Legally Blind and won’t be able to identify his accusers during trail.
Andrea Constand is a Temple University employee that claims Bill Cosby rapped her back in 2004 while she was drugged by the actor. Cosby is facing three felony indecent assault and 10 years in prison if found guilty.
Bill Cosby has reportedly registered as legally blind with a state commission for the blind. Cosby will provide a doctor’s report on November 1st in court for pretrial.
