In partnership with Women of NAACP DeKalb County and Hug Life Cares, the event drew massive turnout as hundreds lined up to receive free turkeys and sides just in time for the holiday.

The giveaways kicked off at the Galleria of South DeKalb, in the lot by the former Macy’s, from 11AM–1PM before continuing at Walmart on Old National Highway from 2PM–4PM. Lines wrapped through parking lots at both stops, but the energy never faded—families waited patiently, sharing smiles, gratitude, and excitement as volunteers worked nonstop to serve the crowd.
