ATLANTA, GA — Atlanta’s historic SpelHouse Homecoming celebration brought together music, college culture and entertainment as students and alumni gathered for a night filled with performances from rising and established hip-hop artists.
The SpelHouse World event took place Thursday, October 8, on Morehouse College’s Century Lawn, featuring an entertainment lineup that included BossMan Dlow, Pluto, Bellygang Kush and several other performers.
The celebration represented a major part of the annual homecoming festivities connecting Morehouse College and Spelman College, two of Atlanta’s most recognized historically Black institutions.
The event combined live music with a festival-style atmosphere, creating an experience that extended beyond a traditional college concert.
Attendees had access to carnival attractions, interactive activities, fashion presentations and entertainment throughout the evening.
Additional performers on the lineup included OMB Peezy, Skooly, Taffy Babii and other emerging artists.
The celebration highlighted the connection between Atlanta’s hip-hop industry and the city’s influential HBCU community.
SpelHouse Homecoming has become an important cultural tradition, drawing students, graduates and supporters together to celebrate school pride, music and community.
The event also provided a platform for artists to connect with younger audiences while celebrating Atlanta’s continued influence on hip-hop culture.
With another successful homecoming concert in the books, SpelHouse continues to demonstrate why its annual festivities remain an important part of Atlanta’s entertainment calendar.
