50 Cent’s ‘Power’ Universe Heads to Netflix in Major Streaming Deal

0

50 Cent’s hit Power franchise is expanding its streaming reach, with several series from the popular television universe set to become available on Netflix through a new licensing agreement involving Lionsgate Television.

The deal will bring every season of the original Power, along with Power Book II: Ghost, Power Book III: Raising Kanan and Power Book IV: Force, to Netflix. The shows will also remain available on Starz, giving viewers another option to watch the franchise.

The rollout is expected to begin in November 2026, although an exact release date has not been announced and availability will vary by region. Canada is not included in the agreement because of an existing Starz distribution arrangement with Bell Media.

Two newer additions to the franchise, Power: Origins and Power: Legacy, are not included in the Netflix licensing deal. Meanwhile, the fifth season of Raising Kanan is expected to eventually join the other seasons on the platform.

The agreement could introduce the Power universe to an even larger audience and give longtime fans another place to revisit the crime drama franchise that has grown from the original series into multiple successful spinoffs. For 50 Cent, the move marks another major milestone for a television brand that has become an important part of his entertainment career.
