Atlanta is getting a fresh and innovative wellness experience this spring as The Love Lab™: What’s on Your Plate Is in Your Bedroom makes its official debut on April 30, 2026, bringing together food, health, and human connection in a way the city hasn’t seen before.
Timed to close out Minority Health Month, the event is designed to spark conversations around prevention, lifestyle choices, and overall well-being—while still delivering an engaging, upscale experience.
Curated by public health strategist Tamira M. Moon, founder of the To the Moon & Back Foundation, Inc., The Love Lab™ is a collaboration with Jaaion Barnes of Culture & Culinary. Together, they’ve created an immersive event that highlights the powerful connection between what we eat and how we feel—physically, mentally, and emotionally.
The experience is also supported by the Atlanta Fibroid Center, with expert insight from John Lipman, who will speak on hormonal health and overall wellness.
A Multi-Sensory Wellness Experience
Designed for both singles and couples, The Love Lab™ takes guests through five interactive tasting stations, each focused on a key area of health:
- Blood Pressure & Circulation
- Heart Health
- Blood Sugar & Energy
- Hormones, Libido & Mood
- Sleep & Recovery
Each station blends curated food tastings with educational insights, giving attendees a deeper understanding of how everyday nutrition impacts long-term health and relationships.
Beyond the tastings, guests can expect:
- A one-hour open bar
- Interactive wellness activations
- Direct engagement with health and culinary experts
- Complimentary access to the official afterparty
