After first shooting up to the top of the charts in late November and early December, “Lovin On Me” is now back atop the Hot 100. Harlow has already tied Drake for a pretty impressive chart record. Previously, Drake was the first rapper to ever score a number one hit in four consecutive years. His span went from 2020 to 2023 of which most years included multiple number ones. “Toosie Slide,” “What’s Next,” “Jimmy Cooks” and “Slime You Out” represent the biggest run of hits for the rap star. Now Harlow matches that achievement. He did so with his Lil Nas X collab “Industry Baby” hitting number one in 2021 followed by his song “First Class” in 2022. With “Lovin On Me” reaching the top spot in both 2023 and 2024 he’s officially tied Drake’s record.
