Helping the homeless
There is appx. 3,217 homeless people in Atlanta right now however thats all about to change. The mayor Keisha Bottoms has been working with different programs and fundraisers in order to raise the money to house the homeless. The partnership with United Way of Greater Atlanta, Ameris Bank, and other organizations has allowed the city to raise $50 million that’ll provide about 550 homes.
