EVERYBODY STILL DESERVES TO KNOW WHAT HAPPENED TO EMMETT TILL
Jay-Z and Will Smith are reportedly coming together for an Emmett Till project from the perspective of Till’s mother, Mamie Till-Mobley. The project is set to be apart of the civil rights anthology series Women of the Movement on ABC.
The project will emphasize the horror of Ms. Till’s son and his 1955 Mississippi lynching. It is a said to be be based on Devery S. Anderson’s book Emmett Till: The Murder That Shocked the World and Propelled the Civil Rights Movement.
