A Chattanooga lady confronts sedate related charges after agents say a little pack of her cocaine fell into a glass of water on the table where an on furlough Hamilton County Sheriff’s Deputy was sitting.

Police accused Jekievea Monchell Yearby of strike, ownership of a controlled substance, and ownership of medication gear.

This happened last Thursday at 11 p.m. at the Steak and Shake eatery at 5118 Hixson Pike. A few clients say, they’re reluctant to eat at the eatery now.
