FOR NOT ONLY ASSAULT.. BUT MOLESTATION AS WELL
According to the Swedish Prosecution Authority, the men who allegedly followed A$AP Rocky during the street fight in Stockholm are under investigation for molestation and assault.
The actions that led to suspicions of molestation are not being disclosed but reportedly, it has nothing to do with anything “sexual” and does not pertain to “inappropriate touching.” Molestation, according to Sweden law refers to a person physically attacking someone or exposing someone to disruptive contacts or exposing someone to other ruthless actions.
Accroding to the Swedish Prosecution Authority, the two men will be convicted if it can be proven that they “intended to violate the peace of the victim in a sensible manner, for molestation” and will face the penalty for molestation, which consists of fines or imprisonment for a maximum of one year.
