{MIDDAYS WITH JAZZY MCBEE} USHER TEASES “CONFESSIONS II”

0

Y’all ready or what?

It could be said “Confessions” is Usher’s most influential album. Recorded within the years 2003 and 2004, Usher’s Confessions album is to this day considered the singer’s major opus, spawning several of his greatest songs, including “Burn,” “Confessions Part II,” and “My Boo.” It goes without saying that Dupri played a centrifugal role in grouping all the elements together, that much is certain.

The first and only Confessions series was published in the spring of 2004, several months after “Yeah!” hit the press, literally shifting the landscape of contemporary music in the process.
