TEXAS SCHOOL DISTRICT IS NOW ALLOWED TO SPANK KIDS!! Three Rivers, TX, a school district, is bringing back paddling in the school systems as a form of child disciplinary action. According to a southern Texas newspaper, Kiii, the district approved this form of action in a 6-0 vote.
According to Kiii, the policy would allow for a campus behavior coordinator or principal to deliver the punishment upon a parent approving the new method.
Only 19 states still allow corporal punishment within school systems, and among the states Georgia is one of them.
