Slim Jxmmi was immediately involved in a brutal altercation that took place in Auckland’s Central Business District yesterday. Slim and his brother Swae Lee are in New Zealand for a concert booking at the Logan Campbell Centre tonight. An incident report reveals the story of two groups coming to blows following a bottle being thrown to the floor.
A key witness spoke with police claims Jxmmi and Swae Lee were walking in a straight line when someone called out to them from afar. The duo and friends decided to attempt to avoid the bad vibes, but the “caller” rushed to their sides to further irritate them resulting in the ultimate altercation.
The same report makes out Rae Sremmurd as showing a certain level of disgrace. Slim Jxmmi and Swae Lee had been blamed disrespecting a homeless person by filming him while in the Central Business District. The “aggressor” who came to protect the homeless man’s integrity, may or may not have thrown the first blow when the conflict ensued. Overall there was a lot of confusion in regards to the fight itself. At least one person was taken to a nearby hospital with serious injuries. It’s not clear whether that individual is a member of Rae Sremmurd’s entourage.

By no means is Slim Jxmmi dismissing his participation in the altercation. His real problem according to, a recent Instagram post lies with the media and the fascination of negative headlines.
All in all a few things are evident; Slim Jxmmi did indeed deliver a flurry of blows when the fight goes to the ground, with his bodyguard tagging himself in for a few in couple haymakers of his own, to even out the odds. Finally, at least one person involved in the brawl was taken to a nearby hospital for the treatment of one or more serious injuries.
