Lil Kim has been battling on her home in New Jersey. Kim does not want to sell her home in a public auction, so she filed chapter 13 bankruptcy. She says in documents “I remain committed to saving my home and reorganizing my debts”.
Now Kim is trying to get the court to let her bankruptcy status be chapter 11, so she can pay her debts back and whatever she owes. June 1st she missed a payment for $10,155.47. Her creditor ended up filing motion because she missed the payment and now legal action is demanded.
The creditor seeks the judge to sell the $2million home to the highest bidder. However, the judge has not made a decision.
