Recently, salmonella has been found in Honey Smacks. 100 people in 33 states had a salmonella outbreak, which led to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to warn others today.
In California, a box of Honey Smacks was tested positive for salmonella. 30 people were hospitalized from the outbreak, but none dead. For now no more Honey Smacks until they test negative on salmonella.
