{HOLIDAY SEASON LIVE} JAY-Z FAILED TO SHOW IN FEDERAL COURT AFTER BEING SUBPOENAED TWICE BEFORE !

FIND OUT WHY BELOWIt looks like JAY-Z pissed off a judge who was expecting him to make an appearance in federal court on Tuesday, May 8.

It was the third time in six months that the Roc Nation boss was being subpoenaed to testify against former fashion industry partner Iconix Brand Group, and for the third time, he declined the court’s insistence that he show up for questioning.

“This testimony has been delayed for five months and I do not intend to tolerate any more delays,” U.S. District Judge Paul Gardeph stated upon learning that Hov wouldn’t be coming through.

Iconix is being challenged to prove that it did not commit financial violations currently being investigated by the government’s Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). JAY-Z’s legal team is insisting that their client would have no knowledge of any possible criminality because he has only engaged the company as a public investor since selling his Rocawear rights to Iconix years ago.

Hov was a little more willing to take responsibility for his latest no-show than he was during failed appearances in November and February. This time, he reportedly filed paperwork that informed the court of his busy schedule, and therefore, his inability to make it on the dates issued to him
