If you remember, Kevin Hart was apart of a sex tape scandal that surfaced the internet last November.
According to TMZ, Kevin’s close friend, Jonathan Todd Jackson, is facing two felony counts of attempted extortion.
The two have been friends for over 15 years. Jackson tried to make Hart pay him to keep a personal video. Jackson will also be charged with extortion by threatening letter.
