Katt Williams is being sued by a Spondivitis waiter, for allegedly attacking him with a salt shaker.
If you remember 2016, it was a hard one for the comedian. Williams was arrested four times that year, and this incident was the second one that occurred that year.
Williams was arrested April 27th, 2016 during the midst of the confrontation with the waiter, Kevin Oliveira. The argument began after Williams was told that he would have to wait on a vacant table. Oliveira claims that Williams shortly after became violent and proceeded to hit him with a salt shaker.
Oliveira was soon rushed to the hospital where he received ten stitches in his lip. Williams is now being sued for unspecified damages and medical bills.
