Sean “Jay-Z’ Carter plans on finally owning the infamous Roc-A-Fella diamond hand sign.
Jay-Z has filed legal documentation to obtain exclusive rights to the sign he has been throwing up for years. He plans on trademarking the sign for his music, television, video, or film services.
He was sued earlier in 2005 by Diamond Dallas Page for the use of the diamond hand sign. However, the case was settled outside out of court. Although the case was resolved, the Diamond Dallas Page never trademarked the symbol.
