Kim Kardashian West debuts her third child, Chicago West.
Kim K was spotted out in L.A. on Thursday taking the new born to a pediatrician appointment. Chicago is almost 3 weeks old now. This was the first time the newborn has left her home since being born.
Kim did her best with covering her baby’s face, however the paparazzi worked their magic and captured a snippet of the newborns face. Even though Kayne wasn’t in attendance due to him being in Europe, Kim K was accompanied by her nanny and bodyguard.
