Police were alerted when an unarmed man whose face was half covered demanded money from bank tellers at RBC Royal Bank.
The man with the bandana on his face fleed with an undisclosed amount of cash in a get away car.
As the bank tellers gave description of the car and teller to the police the robbers grew an appetite. Jody Sanipass and a woman that was driving the car pulled into a drive-thru in town.
The officers on the way to the crime scene drove pass the car in the opposite direction. One officer spotted the vehicle that was described and made the arrest.
