DMX GOES BACK TO JAIL!
DMX is currently on probation for tax evasion case. DMX was placed under house arrest in August of last year after testing positive for cocaine while out on bail. DMX has been to rehab and gained an enormous amount of weight believing he was staying clean and living healthy.
DMX was taken into custody this yesterday morning (January 30) after testing positive for o oxycodone, pioids, and cocaine. A New York Judge ruled the rapper a flight risk and said that the rapper told a “great big lie.” He was given the privilege to travel to perform for a smaller number of shows.
TMZ is reporting that the prosecution used the video of DMX at the airport bar in St. Louis as evidence of the rapper violating his probation by drinking.
DMX’s attorney, Murray Richman said “I’m saddened and disappointed. DMX team is moving to try to get him back into a rehab program. He is scheduled to be sentenced in March.
