One of Michael Jackson’s child molestation suits was dismissed in court due to the fact that the two Jackson owned corporations are not liable to compensate the claimant.
Australian choreographer Wade Robson, 35, was eventually involved in the 2005 trial against Michael Jackson.
Robson claimed that he had stayed at the Jackson mansion several times and had never been molested helping Jackson get acquitted.
Eight years later Robson changed his mind. 4 years following the music icons death Robson sued the Jackson estate in 2013. The claim against Michael Jackson stated that Robson was molested for the course of 7 years.
It has been ruled that Robson filed too late to get any money from the estate but two other Jackson corporations were still on table.
The Los Angeles Judge Mitchell L. Beckloff dismissed the case against Robson’s right to sue the other Jackson Corporations being responsible for molestation.
