R. Kelly’s metro Atlanta home was completely emptied out by burglars. Luckily, the cops have ID’d the primary suspect who supposedly burglarized 2 of the singer’s Atlanta homes.
While away in NOLA R.Kelly’s home was completely cleaned out during Thanksgiving. Authorities say just about everything was taken from furniture to technology. Allegedly, each room was being auctioned off separately including all the belongings in each room.
The police were able to catch 3 men leaving one of the houses in a moving van, and stopped them for questioning. They told cops they’d been enlisted by one of Kelly’s friends, Alfonso Walker, to sell everything because Kelly was moving back to Chicago.
Come to find out Walker is a part-time employee of the estate. The police proceeded to get a court order for Walker’s home, and discovered some of Kelly’s property there. While in questioning the suspect gave cops 3 wildly different stories about how Kelly’s belongings wound up in his home.
Police have issued a warrant for his arrest.
