Former couple is headed to court in custody battle. Nas is looking to fight for custody for son against ex-wife Kelis. Their son, Knight is 8 years old.
According to Nas he has, “tried to work cooperatively over the years.” Apparently Kelis allows Nas to see the child when she feels like it. Nas is petitioning the court to return to the former custody agreements.
Nas unveiled that he would like 1st, 3rd, and 5th weekends. As well as Holidays on the odd years.
The schedule proposal is is still being specified and a ruling has not yet been made.
