Snoop Dogg released the artwork to his new album “Make America Crip Again” and it is causing a lot of controversy.
The album cover features Trump in a body bag, with the American flag draped over his body and a marked tag on his foot.
The entire cover is black and white minus the American flag and people are saying its for symbolic reasons.
TMZ pointed out that Snoop’s cover art is extremely similar to Ice Cube’s 1991 album cover for “Death Certificate.”
Earlier this month, Snoop spoke to Rolling Stone regarding his upcoming release:
“It’s not a statement or a political act: it’s just good music. Certain people feel like we should make America ‘great again,’ but that time they’re referring to always takes me back to separation and segregation so I’d rather Make America Crip Again.”
