Earlier this week, Tyrese ex wife Norma Gibson filed a police report against the actor and singer for violating a restraining order that is said to be temporary by Norma after she reported Tyrese for spanking their daughter. Tyrese sent an airplane to fly over his 10-year-old daughter Shayla school with a banner and also sending various of gifts to her school.
Things are not looking good for Tyrese; however, the former couples had their court this pass Thursday. During the court battle Norma made a statement saying that Tyrese had hired a private investigator to follow her and her friends. As things continue to go down hill for the 38 year-old actor and singer, according to TMZ Tyrese checked himself into a hospital Thursday night in L.A complaining about chest pains.
