DANCERS BEEFING WITH BARTENDERS?
NYC dancers are fed up with the racist promoters and bartenders cutting into their bag. In todays society African American dancers and bartenders face racism which also effects their pockets. As times have changed and social media is the main way promoters advertise their clubs. Women that are famous on social networks like Instagram or Twitter make more than the dancers themselves! Often times customers show up just to see these women that have thousands of followers rather than paying attention to the dancers. Which is a issue since they have bills as well! Women with darker completions are hardly ever seen in clubs due to customers discriminating against their skin tone. In a throwback Vlad Tv interview, former stripper Cardi B. explained how “sad” it was that NYC strip clubs don’t even really hire black girls anymore. She said that there is a growing “fetish” for exotic-looking women. Furthermore, the grimy bartenders are actually stealing the money that is being thrown at the strippers!
