Frank Guerrero was arrested and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawfully dealing with a child along with is girlfriend after selling about $109,000 worth of coke to an undercover police officer over eight separate occasions. Guerrero, manager of McDonalds at the time apparently hid his stash in the soap dispensers;then distributed the drugs by packaging them in small portion with the cookies sold and larger portions with burgers and fries. After investigating further officials also found record of him selling crack and other drugs out of his car in a park.
Surveillance footage showed that this is a regular routine during the night shift; selling cocaine to fast food customers. Police searched his home where he lived with his girlfriend Leidy Castillo and their son. They didn’t find drugs but the did retrieve money in the child’s dresser.
