NOW BIG SEAN CAN GO AHEAD AND PUT A RING ON IT!
It’s been over a year since Jhene Aiko petitioned to separate from Dot Da Genius, however now, the separation is finally official. As per a report from TMZ, since the couple was hitched for 11 months and had no children together, it wasn’t a muddled procedure and the two could achieve a money related settlement. Bits of gossip about the vocalist’s part from Dot came not long after she bolted lips with Big Sean in front of an audience at Power 106’s Powerhouse show a year ago.
Aiko apparently petitioned for separation in August 2016, refering to beyond reconciliation contrasts as the purpose behind the split. The split turned out to be monstrous from the get-go, the same number of fans expected Aiko had undermined Dot, while others accepted Dot had mishandled the artist. Aiko denied cheating on the producer, tweeting, “Never let a man disrespect u in any way… I only cheated myself. so glad to be free from all the drugs, depression and confrontation.”
Dot also shot down any notions that he had harmed Aiko, writing on Instagram, “In light of public threats, false allegations and attempts to slander my name and character, I am compelled to speak up. ”He continued, “Because my nature is peaceful, I’ve been silent out of respect for all involved, and to maintain my privacy. However, I believe the truth must be heard, which is that I’ve never been violent or abusive towards any woman in my life. Such behavior is abhorrent to me and far from how I conduct myself. Moving forward, I will continue to focus on my family, friends and music, and soon enough the entire truth shall come to light.”
