Blac Chyna and Rob Kardashian will share joint custody of their baby daughter Dream, Page Six confirmed Friday.

Dreams parents were scheduled to appear in court Monday for a hearing regarding Chyna’s domestic violence restraining order against Rob Kardashian  but the hearing has been canceled.

“There will be no appearance on Monday. The matter has been satisfactorily resolved by the parties,” read a statement from Kardashian’s attorney, Robert Shapiro.

Chyna’s attorney, Lisa Bloom, told Page Six that Rob Kardashian “peacefully agreed” to co-parent with Chyna. Bloom also said that while the hearing scheduled for Monday has been removed from the calendar because “Rob agreed to stay away from Chyna and not contact her,” Chyna “will always have the right to go back into court if further incidents of domestic abuse occur.”

Bloom noted that Kardashian and Chyna’s agreement “does not resolve all disputes” between them, which began when he posted revenge porn of Chyna in July.

Originally, Rob offered Blac Chyna $10,000 a month. White asked for $50,000, citing expenses for nannies and care. They settled on 20K in exchange for White dropping domestic violence allegations against him. Earlier this summer, the couple’s drama played out over social media in a series of rants Rob posted. It eventually led to White getting a restraining order, claiming Kardashian beat her up and threatened to kill himself.
