VIOLATING BAIL IS NEVER A GOOD IDEA! According to FOX News, Rapper DMX, who is accused of cheating the IRS out of $1.7 million may be facing prison time for violating the terms and conditions of his bail.
On Wednesday Manhattan federal judge Jed Rakoff said, “may have violated the terms of his pretrial release in numerous respects.”
Sources say DMX, whose real name is Earl Simmons, was caught violating probation while taking a harmless trip to visit his family in St. Louis, Missouri.
