27 year old Katherine Martinez, a model from Columbia, is suing police for forcing her to perform a striptease in front of male inmates after she was arrested for an altercation.
Martinez, was arrested for an altercation and was reportedly drunk and had a broken ankle when she was taken into custody. She was reportedly handcuffed to a door and coerced into stripping after she asked for a chair to sit down on. Authorities allegedly told her that they would slide a chair over if she took off her dress.
Katherine said that she took off her dress and showed her body to a group of male inmates in order to get out of the handcuffs and sit. Police filmed her stripping and shared the clip online.
