On June 8th, in DeKalb County, the police are searching for a man who opened fire on a customer in a Chinese restaurant, Lucky Panda. The entire act was caught on surveillance camera. it was closing time, when the man walked in and opened fire on the patron, yelling “This is for my nephew!”
“He goes straight to the victim and shoots him point-blank three times,” Sgt. Steven Dean with the DeKalb County Police Department said.
