KODAK BLACK TURNS DOWN PLEA DEAL!
Kodak Black turned down an 8-year plea deal from the state of Florida after alleged incidents of battery and other instances of parole violations. His parole officer testified that in addition to violating his parole by attending the Adrien Broner fight a few months earlier while on house arrest, Kodak never finished his classes for anger management. He is also facing charges after a bartender working at a strip club accused Kodak of assault, stating he kicked her after getting in her face. These particular allegations have been disputed by a co-worker who says the “assault” never occurred, inferring that the women pressing charges wants money. It was discovered that the bartender did not seek medical attention until she retained legal counsel almost two weeks after the alleged assault. Kodak Black is expected to return to court this week.
