In 2011, Gucci Mane was accused of pushing, Diana Graham out of a moving vehicle. Graham says Gucci pushed her out of his Hummer because she refused to go to his hotel with him. The two met at the mall and he invited her to breakfast; however, there was a change of plans when Gucci attempted to take her to his hotel. Graham refused to go to his hotel and Gucci reverted to throwing her out of his Hummer. Gucci was found guilty and sentenced to six months in jail. Graham sued him for $60,000 in a civil suit saying that Gucci’s actions caused her pain and suffering, medical expenses, mental agony and lost wages. The judgment was made against Gucci by default because he failed to appear in court. The judge ordered that Gucci pays approximately $58,161.24 to Graham. If Gucci doesn’t decide to pay, a court order will be granted to seize his property.
