Dajerria Becton is requesting $5 million in harms. In the suit, the youngster and her watchman say previous Officer Eric Casebolt abused her rights by utilizing exorbitant compel, attack and unlawful detainment on the then 15-year-old young lady. The video turned into a web sensation of Casebolt pushing Becton to the ground and drawing his weapon when different youngsters drew closer. Casebolt surrendered from the division not long after the episode.
In June 2016, a Collin County Grand Jury chose not to prosecute Casebolt for his part in the occurrence.
